International Shipping
We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions not served by our carriers. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- All items from our Essentials category (basic undergarments and intimate apparel)
- Any items with removed tags or signs of wear
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return at our facility
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges: We will process your exchange once we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your exchange ships
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
The same return policy applies for international returns (excluding certain Asian and remote regions not served). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
